    The Bell Police Department is a full service police agency providing police service to the community of Bell since 1927. The original police department consisted of Police Chief Lee Boren and four patrol officers. Over the next 85 years the department has grown and provides outstanding service to the residents of Bell. We are proud of our Community Based Policing efforts and are consistently seeking opportunities to reach out to those we serve.
